We not only have "rush hour" flights above us, but we are subject to "middle of the night" takeoffs by private jets.

I support limiting the expansion of the airport due to noise pollution and environmental pollution.
Most Important Airport Issues?
Noise. I am on the Peaceful Skies FaceBook page and I see how some of the surrounding communities are facing relentless noise at all hours of the day and night.
Further Consideration of Privatization?
No. Airport privatization would further inhibit the County from enforcing noise abatement regulations.

I have not attended meetings, as I have not been invited. Would be happy to do so. I do follow the Peaceful Skies FaceBook page.
What Would You Do in Your Position?
I would demand that the use of private jet takeoff and landings be limited to certain hours and that flight paths to major airports, such as LaGuardia be re-routed to less populated areas.
What Else that is Relevant to the Airport?
I feel that residents need to be heard. Until the residents are fully acknowledged, it is all about money for the airport.
